IMPORTANT - If the Monster Cable arrives by courier and is clearly damaged, or you think it may be damaged - DO NOT sign for it. SImply tell the courier to return it to us (it's free) and we will take care of it and send you a new unit. Signing for the item means that you've accepted it has been delivered in good condition (this includes people that sign for it on your behalf). There is no charge whatsoever for returning a damaged Monster Cable to us unsigned - we want your purchase to arrive in good condition just as much as you do.
